Short breaks are charged at 75% of the weekly rate, with 3 night breaks starting on a Friday, and 4 night breaks starting on a Monday. For a pet add £15 per week/short break. Rates are fully inclusive of all bedding, towels, power and heating (logs).
A 25% deposit is required on weekly bookings, the balance due 4 weeks before arrival. Full balance for short breaks due at the time of booking. Payment by cheque, bank transfer or Paypal (subject to fee).
Cancellation up to 4 weeks before arrival - deposit refunded if we are able to re-let. Cancellation within 4 weeks of arrival - loss of deposit.
